Champagne les Neuf Arpents Extra-Brut 2016 vintage from Maison Jean Michel is a plot-blended wine made from 50% Pinot Meunier and 50% Pinot Noir. Traditional manual harvest of two plots, vinification 100% in oak barrels without malolactic fermentation.
Champagne Tasting :
To the eye, a light color with copper blonde highlights and a fine head.
On the nose, notes of sweet flowers, hazelnut, ginger and fresh butter with aromas of fresh apricot and grapefruit.
On the palate, creamy and vanilla notes.
The Les Neuf Arpents Extra-Brut vintage 2016 champagne from Maison Jean Michel will be the ideal companion for your seafood platters or even fish in sauce and why not with champagne !!!
