Producing only around 2 million units of Champagne each year, Heidsieck's reach isn't as wide as many other houses, but that's no indication of the brand's quality. Americans in particular have a love for this House, and consume in the region of 300,000 bottles annually.
Ageing, as with many Champagne brands, is a critical part of this company's process. Three years is the minimum time a bottle will spend in the cellars, and once out and in a glass each and every bottle exudes a charm and charisma that only the finest brands know how to produce.
