The Champagne Blanc de Meunier 2014 vintage Jean Michel was produced in homage to the original sparkling wine of the family. It is 100% Pinot Meunier, it expresses freshness, tenderness and generosity.

Champagne Tasting :

To the eye, a Venetian blonde with slightly copper highlights. Brilliant wine.

On the nose, aromas of peach, mirabelle plum and other stone fruits with also a spicy touch.

On the palate, fullness and freshness on fresh, dry apricot with a note of bergamot bitterness.

The Blanc de Meunier 2014 vintage champagne Jean Michel is to be tasted as soon as it is purchased between 10 and 11 ° C or to be left to age for another 3 to 5 years in the cellar. Champagne ideal as an aperitif alone or with friends on poultry or white meats with fruit.
